Youth Leadership is a ministry committed to Educating, Equipping and Encouraging leaders in youth and family ministry. Tiger McLuen and the YL staff are focused on helping leaders nurture their influence with teenagers. Based on our years of teaching at the seminary level, Youth Leadership’s 3 day classes will take you beyond what you picked up at the last conference, without the mind-numbing boredom often associated with traditional coursework. Our “relaxed intensives” cover 6 major areas of leadership development essential for youth workers and will help you go deeper in your ministry skills and understanding.
The Youth Ministry Certification Program is a unique, holistic program to help you advance yourself as a leader. This program combines our classes with a personal leadership coach, a peer learning community, networking and class resources. We believe your ministry will be transformed and enhanced through this program, and you might even have some fun while you’re at it.
For youth workers who live in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area, Youth Leadership offers 3 hour seminars that focus on topics relevant to any youth worker or pastor. Monthly topics during the school year will help you stay current and network with other youth leaders. Speakers include Youth Leadership staff or guest speakers. Topics change monthly.
Do you need to share a message with parents but need someone else to say it? Do your parents and volunteers need some excellent training? Youth Leadership can help you by providing a speaker for an event at your location. Tiger McLuen or one of our experienced Associate Staff will come to your church to educate, equip and encourage your ministry team.
