"I have worked with Youth Leadership for over 20 years . Throughout the years I have always been impressed at how they can deliver as good of training as you could get anywhere in the country. One of their strengths is that they make such a personal investment in each person who goes through their program. It is not a “pop and serve” or “one size fits” all approach. When they talk about being "incarnational" and "holistic" they really mean it! Tiger, and Youth Leadership, will help new youth workers grow in their leadership. They are mentored with an eye on creating healthy & effective youth ministers."

Counsel II builds on the lessons learned in the Counsel class. Kevin and Tiger will help you build a practical, useful strategy to increase your effectiveness in working with students in crisis. Kevin will introduce and develop a model to help you as you listen, care and respond to the pain around you. The class will engage you in real-life scenarios and case-studies to practice your skills, sharpen your listening and clarify your role. Students will bring content into this class in a learning-circle format and will leave this class with greater clarity and confidence.
These two days will remind you of some previous lessons, add new content, and help you advance your caring skills. Your students need you to take this class. .
