For 40 years, Youth Leadership has partnered with Bethel Seminary in St. Paul to educate, equip and encourage seminary students to effectively minister to teens and their families. Youth Leadership offers a concentration through the MDiv and M.A. in Christian Education degrees.

a local, healthy body

The program combines theological instruction, youth ministry courses and a practical, supervised internship at a local church. At Youth Leadership, we believe in teaching a relational, incarnational style of ministry. This is not something that can be done exclusively in a classroom; it requires hands-on experience in the local church. Therefore, we partner with churches to educate and develop leaders while also providing a youth ministry intern for up to 21 months.
