We educate, equip and encourage leaders in youth and family ministry. Our focus is to help leaders nurture their influence with teenagers and their families.

We offer a unique, relational approach to leadership development through training, speaking and consulting.

Our core values:

- We are committed to Christ. We are Christ-centered and are committed to teaching a relational, incarnational style of ministry. We are clearly multi-denominational in approach.

- We are committed to youth workers. Many things have changed in youth ministry over the years but one thing remains constant – the need for quality, Christ-centered, trained leaders. Youth Leadership is here to come alongside leaders who want to grow in their ministry to teenagers and their families.

We understand that youth ministry is hard. Youth Leadership provides practical teaching that will help you both get through the week and plan for the next 5 years, while helping you keep your marriage and personal life intact.

We believe effective leadership happens when you can be encouraged in the ups and downs of ministry, and so we think there is as much value in hanging out with the people you go to class with as there is in the information you take home with you. We want to help you be successful in your ministry to teenagers.

- We are committed to young people and their families. We believe that relationships are the glue to life for adolescents, and should be the hallmark of youth ministry. Providing spiritual direction to teens is both a significant ministry opportunity and a strategic place to invest oneself. We value a family-based approach.
