Congregational Consulting

Helping pastoral and lay leadership strengthen their youth ministry program is what we do. We provide a tailored consultation to your congregation that is strategically focused to improve the church's ministry to young people and their families.

Youth Leadership will help your congregation understand the elements needed for exemplary youth ministry. We assess your current ministry to teens and their families and present the findings to your church. We then assist you in developing an action plan for improving your ministry. This includes vision casting, program development, a strength/weakness measurement and a look into future trends in youth ministry.

After your congregation has implemented the steps of the consultation package, Youth Leadership will do a 6 month follow up to review progress, answer questions and recommend additional steps to maximize the success of your ministry to teens and their families.

We don't give you a prepackaged program or leave you out to dry. We work hand-in-hand with your individual church and custom tailor everything we do to fit the specific needs of your congregation.

Consultations Include:

-An on-site assessment where we meet with key congregational leaders to gain perspective on the current state of the youth ministry and determine which areas need attention.

-Preparation time to customize a specific action plan for your church.

-A presentation to the congregation that combines teaching and group discussion. During this time we will present recommendations and implementation strategies while facilitating conversations about how to improve the ministry.

-We then follow up with you 6 months later to review progress, adjust recommendations and encourage you in your effort to transform your ministry to students and their families.
